• Unopened and in original packaging
• 30 days from shipment date
• Return shipping at your expense

To return your order, please email us with your order number and address at help@timberix.toys.

Refunds apply only to the item and exclude any shipping costs. If the item meets our return conditions, we will refund the full purchase price (excluding shipping).

If the item was originally shipped as part of a free shipping offer and the return would invalidate the offer, the refund will be reduced by the amount of the shipping costs that would have been due. The refund may take up to 5 business days from the time the goods arrive at our warehouse.
